Lime Scooter marketing plan - Uni project

Time: May 2019 

My role and responsibilities:

As a Creative Director in this team, I provided ideas and executions of the advertising plan including video ads and social media communications according to the research results and budget made by my teammates. 

Target audience:

University students & junior workers between 18 - 28 years old in Brisbane.

Objective:

Increase 90% brand awareness in Brisbane among the target audience, add 30% of target consumers to trial Lime Scooter.

Key message:

"The first choice, the fastest choice."

"A Tale of Two Cities"
- for the "When Koala Meets Panda" Theme Video Project

Time: Sep 2018

Background:

“When Koala Meets Panda” was brought up by People’s Daily Online (client) for us as influencers to develop our social media channels. The People’s Daily Online is seeking authentic, first-person stories, which they're sourcing from students.​

Introduction: 

This video showed the differences and similarities between two girls’ lives in Brisbane and Shanghai which are representatives of Australia and China so that the two cities can develop together and grow together.

Key message:

By comparing the life between Brisbane and Shanghai, people can see the learning process and positive attitudes toward Australia and China.
